  • I love this song, thank you.

  • i would give up everything to be on that stage...

  • wow! Clint Eastwood on drums o_O :D (rock)

  • Just in general, Clapton was on his A-game.

  • @tjenkins83 Agreed 100%, even Eric's voice was solid that evening. To go just a step further, I felt like this was the best performance of White Room on youtube that I've seen.

  • Vocally, Clapton was on his A-game.

  • i think clapton shouldve sung more. i think he sings better

  • @kantanaman525 Clapton's vocals can be great, with the only thing holding him back is his confidence in it. Jack Bruce did a great job of carrying the band vocally but compared side by side they both are accomplished. What a great performance this was.

  • slow hand forever

  • Best version I've ever heard

  • absolutely belting!! clapton just lets rip with that solo, jack bruce's voice in my opinion has got better and ginger baker is as good a drummer as he was b4. terrific!

  • i miss the vocals in the beginning

  • only the sound has been changed

  • 4:07

    Starts the orgasm.

  • great share

  • clapton tore that solo up

  • always loved clapton/cream but check the 60s versions. there was more raw n feeling in it.........brothers were 'feeling it' when they were baking 24/7.

  • CLASS

  • Jack has gotten pretty old!

  • @MrACDC1997 based on amounts consumed in the past........its great they're all still here to rock out. ;)

  • @theSPECIALbrew74 very true, and i rather hear these guys than Justin beiber

  • 3 cool rockin' granpas playin' a royal white room !

  • Firstly Claptons Vocals on this were superb his playing was great and to be honest its now apparent to me why Clapton still managed to pull in his 50's.

  • Jack Bruce,Ginger Baker e Eric Clapton.

  • no wha wah crybaby pedal....oh well, it's all good.

  • White Room !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! CREAM ~ LIVE at Royal Albert Hall ~ F..ckg awesome!! Eric Clapton..Ginger Baker..Jack Bruce..TIMELESS MASTERS..love this..x

  • who's singing??? jack bruce??

  • why i like this better,

1: best solo ive heard in a while

2:i can actually hear the bass

    3: Gingers face at 5:33

  • it souns so nice

  • so is that the original line up of cream?

  • @offspringj1 yes

  • @offspringj1 Yes

  • @offspringj1 Yes it is!

  • @offspringj1 yup

  • yes, this is the Clapton I admired, in a band of great quality and skill and imagination. they didn't write this song (nor most others), but they pulled it off as no other band could have -- heavy, lyrical, longing, powerful . . . .

  • @tarstarkas1 Jack Bruce was involved in the writing of this song.

  • Still a masterpiece. And that solo...

  • Gosh, I don´t know how often I heard this - - and I can´t hear it anymore ...

  • Cream was such a great band.

Nice to see a glimpse of the old Eric Clapton again.

That is the Clapton that I miss.

  • Still very good!!!!

  • 40 YEARS LATER WOW. STILL TOOOOOOOOOO FUNKYYYYYYY

  • WHAT A BUNCH OF DEAD PEOPLE IN THE FRONT ROW

  • Someone help me out....is Bruce playing thru some older papercone Hartke cabinets alongside a 410XL aluminum cone cabinet? Or maybe my old eyes are failing me! LOL Doesn't really matter 'cause it all sounds great!

    Lyndon

  • They're all brilliant virtuoso players, shame about the personality clashes, wonderful stuff though.

  • Clapton forever! Cat! Old Love!

  • Wow..! It make me cry...

  • sono molto orgoglioso di amare questi simpatici vecchietti

  • like this if you think that clapton is the best gutairist in the world.

  • @Drummerboy378 Your comment has too little likes. 3?

  • They don't really seem enjoying playing together again. Those smiles in the end though kinda save the day!

  • which 4 idiots dont like white room, he?!?!

  • Does he sing "Macbook country " at 0:43?

  • I love that fucking satisfied smile Ginger gives to Eric at the very end of the song! Look at Jack hammer that bass.

  • Ginger Baker = Defies Space and Time

  • @wolfkarel Yes he does!!

  • que que?

  • I need a time machine. I shit on the face of modern music, its all hopeless

  • @Aldarinn that is the beauty of music my friend, it is immune to age.

  • Show 'em how it's done, guys! Make us old guys proud!

  • Cream rules i like Claptonnnn =) =) =)

  • jack still has that awsome howling to his voice that makes the hair on the back of your neck stand up

  • 5:32....i made it isn't....hahahahaha...

  • It is an excellent version, but note that the years passed (musically) translator

  • Muchas gracias por subirlo. Tremendo!!!

  • Cream and Mr Clapton!!

  • Baker finally had his drums tuned? Wow..

  • Frigging Amazing All I can say.....

  • o gimmie back cream from 1968!,,when their music wasn't so classy and sober

  • @MRMITCHELLZ haha your so right

  • :'D!! incredible

  • AMAZING BASS PLAYING! <3 love that sound!

  • @PaczkoPL Yes, above and beyond. He fills in everything. Fantastic...!!

  • @PaczkoPL I couldn't agree more.

  • @5:33.....Ginger approves

  • We want a new Cream record! And fast!!!

  • LOS BABOSILLOS DE HOY NUNCA LE LLEGARAN A ESTOS SEÑORONES

  • Poor Clapton had the flu but he still done great!

  • The best band, who would say it has only 3 members?! wtf!

  • helvetin hyvä !

  • Clapton sounds so good, both singing and playing.

  • I liked the gibson tone more.

  • 2 people aren't in the white room :/

  • Woah! Clapton's voice! Fabulous! I Also love the way Jack's voice has matured.

  • Love the sound of the ride cymbal during Eric's solo. Also, amazing singing by Eric Clapton!

  • Wow, awsome solo on funky beat

  • Epic Baker 5:32

  • Tim Burton !!! hahaha it's very dark-funny

  • they should have taken the old instruments and the drums sound too perfect.

not as cool as they began

  • helena bonham carter en el publico! con razon me caia bien esa mujer...jajaja

y me olvidaba, tengo 15 años y este es uno de los mejores grupos que escuche en mi p**a vida... VAMOS CREAM CARAJO!

  • 101 and still rocking...

  • Love to see the original Cream...

  • Don't forget clapton was not well at the time of the gigs and still managed to put in a huge performance

  • this is the clapton i admire..

  • They dont make em like this anymore !

  • Superb, this song has been all about Jack Bruce for me never Clapton!!!.

  • 4:40 - 4:44 god damn it i was blown away

  • Clapton's best solo!!!!

  • crowd is blown away by claptons solo

  • When eric starts soloing, the beat sounds suddenly like a modern disco beat :P

  • @1glassMilk just sounds like rhythm and blues to me or modern jazz

  • @1glassMilk

I think that it's just vice versa - modern disco beat sounds suddenly like eric startin' his solo.

  • @1glassMilk Disco (beat)?! Honestly, no offense but...wake up! :-)

  • @slammerNL shhhh. listen.

  • no the best band plzzzz do more live work and yes he is god

  • @raljazz

Nonetheless the solo at the end is still quite sick!

  • I am an OLDER fart of the 50's, and we will always have the memories, the videos... And you are only as young as you feel- screw the physical symptoms....

  • @rufuskran Yeah baby me too,you got that one right !!!

  • What a guitar solo

  • I just think that Eric [seems] to have lost some of that 'fire' he had from the early days; there were so many great 'licks' on the original recording that he did not play in this later version.

  • @raljazz He can't play the lead and rhythm at the same time

  • Clapton without Glasses ? wtf?

  • Wow, Bruce's voice aged so well

  • @MrAEGuitar Bruce's voice, body and everything has aged. Drugs do that to ya. Look at Roger Daltrey, Brian May, and other rockers who haven't done drugs little to none at all.

  • Its these old farts that the young farts are imitating, dude!

  • Huevos

  • If they played louder with more flair it would be better

  • a shame im never gonna see them live :(

  • lol, the guy with the long hair at 5.15, keep on rocking dude!

  • The cream is the best.

  • it's really cool, comparing this to the 60's recording, how much they've musically grown, matured, and aged. amazing how well they sound together and how they still 'click' as players.

  • I didn't know both Jack and Eric sang lead vocals on this one.

    Awesome song. Truly a classic.

  • cream still has it awesome

  • I just cant stop watching this video...I LOVE IT!!!

  • Still great as ever...damn this brings back memories:)

  • 今日、会社をやめました。

    また、がんばります。

  • and the wah ?¿?¿ :(

  • that was an awesome solo

  • love this ..it just brings back the good old days ..and now the new one's as well ..live forever bro..

  • Ginger Baker = Hawkwind

  • what happen to you wah peddal clapton?

  • Comment removed

  • this is like good wine , more age the better!

  • This is the real McCoy at its best. Where will you see a performance 40 years later to sound like the original. Ive played this video every day since I heard it...OUTSTANDING!

  • Wish he would've used the gibson

  • they played perfectly, but it lacked the rawness they had in their early years and it sounded thin.

  • THERE GREATNESS COMES FROM THE FACT THAT THEY LOVE AND BELIEVE IN WHAT THERE DOING,

  • Jack seemed slightly non-plussed; however, Cream revival is an example.

  • there should be a law against playing white room on anything else than a gibson!

  • @bouwmr or without a wah pedal

  • Cream - Jimi Hendrix experience - Manal. Tres ideas acerca de la experiencia de un power trio. Un saludo

  • Where is the wha-wha crying?

  • Anyone else notice Tim Freaking Burton and Helena Bonham Carter at 4:24?

  • someone give Eric and Jack a Gibson please !!

  • @mrbassman25 YES, give them Gibson and change Hartke to Marshall and push the volume up instead of effects... They are great anyway...

  • Gracias a Eric Clapton existe EDWARD VAN HALEN. Eddie pasaba horas de horas, incluso en las madrugadas, tratando de sacar las canciones de Cream. Allí descubrió su vocación, allí apareció el REY.

  • One of the great tracks of all time! So upset that they didn't put together a world tour following this.

  • a better band has never existed imho

  • at first I was put off that Clapton was doing some of the singing - it was all Jack back then - but - wow - it's probably the best singing Clapton's ever done. I'm glad he's on it.

  • Almost looks like the same crowd there as in 1968! And they are less restrained than they were then also! Awesome!

  • Same crowd there as in 1968! And they are less restrained than they were then also! Awesome!

  • I can't believe it. They're still the ultimate; Cream !

  • clapton what a giutarist and what a great voice

  • one of the best cream songs>>>> Eric sounds wicked and it gets me up and up and away!!!!>>>> Ive seen eric and da boyz a few occasions in sydney entertainment centre... 1983 - 85 and 1990!!!! Excellent blues guru!!!!

  • Just stunning !!!

  • Saw the Cream in '68 in San Francisco. I couldn't believe 3 guys to create this sound. I remember Ginger Baker finishing with a drum beat... he chucked his sticks down on the drums and the strobe lights caught them in slow-mo flying out into the audience. Bedlam erupted.

  • OOOOOOO ESTO ESTO ES MAGNIFICO ME GUSTARIA A VER ESTADO AHI DEVERAS U_U

  • I might be an old fart from 1960, but i DO know that these guys swing like hell....!

  • @Retrographer Well, I do know that too, they were my teenage idols at 70`s and they still give me shivers. . .

  • @Retrographer And i may be an 18yr old boy, but i also know that these guys swing it like hell! It will be a sad day when the musicians from this generation are all gone.

  • i love claptons attack on the solo

  • it's amazing. all these and they haven't missed a beat. they sound as good as they did in the 60's

  • I'm crying

  • 2:27 is that ray romano?

  • one of the greatest trios ever!!!!!!!!

  • Its called paying your dues. The youngsters these days get instant fame they don/t have to slog for it like these guys did.

If Simon Cowell was around in those days I wonder what he would have made of these guys?

  • Ginger Becker looks like Clint Eastwood

  • I enjoyed watching the reunion - they've definately still got it - but if I'd paid for a ticket I would have been disappointed he didn't use the wah on this song (or a great deal throughout the concerts) and ignored the lead riffs in the verses which to me make the song iconic.

  • Stop fooling yourselves. Reuions suck.

  • @Purlic u suck

  • @Purlic You mispelt Reonions.

  • Ginger's still got it. Awesome stuff and a big up to Jack and Eric of course.
