I think Mia is Carly's daughter and maybe Lawrence hid her or something. Meanwhile, I loved it when Carly told Chad to "back off!" Where have we heard that before. Olivia Spencer is alive and well and living in Carly Manning. That is all.
Hey Sister- Don't know anything about Carly's history,but it would be cool if Mia were her daughter. It would make this storyline better and help improve the acting skills of the younger set of actors just by being in the same scene w/CC.
We Otalia fan's try to see Olivia in Carly and I agree the "back off " line took me to the Natalia/Russo (ironically CC's husband) scene too. I'm glad these writers seem to be trying to tap some of CC's acting potential even if it's a stretch as a plot.

Foreshadowing kinship.
To me it's not unusual for two strangers to have an instant accord,mutual liking,and share feelings. I've had similar experiences..mostly after a couple of drinks. :)
But he also said in her nightmare "You'll never be with another man again!" suggesting that she was with another man when she was married to Lawrence. I think it's possible Mia was Carly's child with someone else and when Larry found out he went nuts and took the kid.
I don't think carly would ever have cheated on lawrence. I think he would have been referring to her previous relationship with bo. He would have never gotten over the fact that she had been in love with another man.

I know I can't watch Mia normally. But CC is such a phenomenal actress that anyone else in the scene automatically gets better just by being near her. So maybe the not so good actors will learn something by her being there.

Kind of a blah plot twist, but on a side note it was nice to see a little Olivia Spencer emerge for a moment.
