ii) You can only have a chance of getting a Green Card if you work a highly specialised area or if you are extremely well qualified (and in any case after many years, 5+)
iii) The companies sponsoring these people must pay them market rate - They are not cheap labor used to deprive equally qualified American's of their jobs.
