  • I am a PGA-pro and was working like this too. The issue is that this is dead wrong.

The slice comes from something totally different. But this pro is in good company. Most of the best teachers in the game (Hall of Fame and top 100) don't have a clue about biomechanics.

I checked my views with professors in biomechanics at leading universities and they

agreed with me that golf is still in the 60's of the last century.

  • Feel free to check mine out guys...and use it if you will. It takes about 2 minutes to do the drill....and the ball should go STRAIGHT or left in 3 balls or less. I've shown it to hundreds of students and 100% of them...every single one had their slice gone in 3 balls or less. Thus, the 3 ball guarantee or your lesson is free!

You can find the drill under Brad Patterson on YouTube!

  • 5 minute lesson in 3:51

  • It seems interesting, i will give it a try. Thanks

  • They are similar but different. Drill #1 is with an extreme closed stance. Drill #3 takes it a step further by having your back to the target. Give it a try. Start out with a 9 iron or 7 iron teed up. You'll be amazed how well you you hit it

  • Will be trying these drills on the range. Was dirll #1 and #3 the same drill but seen from a different angle?

  • Thanks alot, this was actually my problem! I was trying out many other things which didn't seem to work, but this helped me out!

  • @95avil Glad it helped

  • to cure da slice u need to take away da knife so you got nothing to cut with
