So reagan instituted as her personal favorite, the failed "just say no" anti-drug war policies of the eighties. do to her influence, marijuana was subsequently embargoed which began the switch to crack cocaine & meth & other hard drug addictions & the hard time incarceration of millions of innocent 'weed' tokers.
