Vince has always been terrible live, the only time I saw him and he sounded good was when he was in what was basically a motley crue cover band playing in a parking lot in downtown indy before the brickyard 400 years back.

That said, the Crue's first and second albums were total classics I, personally, thought they lost some of their edge after that, but they still had some really good songs here and there.
