We need a sequel, this game didn't get enough love; you can just tell they were planning some kinda trilogy. And with ReArmed2 shedding some light (and a bit more darkness) to the series' story, we need a resolution. They can go so many places with this story from this ending. Hopefully some Grin guys'll reunite for some kinda sequel or two..

What did Joe want with that army? What did he mean by 'there's no stopping it now!' How exactly do bionics work? What made Super Joe super maniacal? Why? What's up with Armstrong? Is Mag alive but unconscious, or DEAD dead? Would Spencer's arm stop his descent, since it's sentient, and (hiswife)? Anyone notice how Spencer's arm is REALLY fucking accurate, everytime? What's up with the Sniper? Is Groeder this series' Ridley, I mean, he came back 2 times is ReArmed alone.. SO MANY QUESTIONS!!

That final falling sequence, with Heat Wave in vocal form deserves some sort of recognition. It's so damn beautiful. My heart stopped and I damn near cried at that part. Hell, his wife's dead, his friend's (possibly) dead (Mag), his mentor betrayed him more than once in the past ten years, his country'll probably have him hunted if he survives the fall.. It's a well-done downer ending. They need to make some sort of sequel to this. ReArmed2 just opened up more questions for this series.

I remember doing this part over. and over. and over again. I kept dying and I didn't know why, or what the fuck I had to do. Long story short, I like to play my games hudless, when the option is available. I played this hudless, not knowing that turning off the hud also turns off the controller prompts for this sequence. -__-

@shakoshk No, it was badly flawed. It suffered the same fate as Castlvainia 64. Had they done it earlier, 90's wise, it would have been okay, since things were going 3D at the time. Lords of Shadow, an upcoming 3D Castlevainia game, seems to have their kinks worked out. There's a rumor that a sequel to this is coming, but Grin closed down a long time ago. Just saying, don't rant at me.

I'm struggling with this part, I can get the first vulture down to half of it's health. But then the technique seems to be completely different. As much as I try to 'hold down D and press F' it doesn't seem to continue to rip the wings off of the volture. Can anyone help me out here?

You need to hold down the correct direction and then press F for example:

If the "L" is pointing up, Hold "W" and repetitively press F.

If the "L" is pointing left, hold "A" and repetitively press F.

And so on.

..the last vulture robot is too hard to kill...the game is great..i loved it...i hope they are, or will work on a sequel...thanx guys for all the great work, for making "Bionic Commando"...and also thanx for the walkthrough...it helped in some cases...you have a fearless gameplay!!!... :)

Sad ending , even after he figured than those fuckers killed his wife to make his bionic arm.

All is fucked up for him , firstible he found himself on a jail , secondly he lost track of his wife , thirdly Joe from hero to a scumbag traitor , fourthly he was "told" where is is wife , fifthly kill the damn traitor.

As i have readed on some places , those bars and dots after the end is on morse code than say : something about activating albatross project , so maybe will be a sequel of this game.

If you watch 1 video before this one , you will see than the catalyst name is "Emily Spencer" , that means than they used his wife's brain because the arm can't move without "live".

yea I know best way to beat it on Commando is don't die =P there aren't alot of tips to give you other than if your near something that can serve as cover Spencer will crouch near it and using your arm is really helpful but at this part if you die alot you can just memorize the sequences they don't change and for people asking if they're making a sequel I think they are but I'd rather they just remake this game again cause I loved the story but too much in the story was left out so prequel?Maybe

@Zasany Remember when Joe said that the bionics were sentient, or something along those lines? Maybe that arm's still active, and grabs on to something within the vault to stop or slow his descent.

@flaco3188 yes it could bring him back to life,The arms got an AI system as well as a strong bio catalyst module,that is the main reason how he survived the fall in the mission Buraq Armada
