  • Great trip! enjoyed watching it. It's rare to see 2 class 90's on one liner.

  • @ngin350 thanks yea it is reasonably rare, it was because two were needed at Ipswich to haul two different liners southbound once they arrived

  • Excellent footage and very good vantage point.

I find it kind of wierd how so many of the smaller trains and all of the frieghts roar through here, while virtually all the Norwich to London "intercity" services stop. Make sense dunnit!?

  • @soundseeker63 thanks yea I think its because as they are only 3 coaches they are very busy without extra people getting on at intermediate stops. Will be 8 coach stopping EMUs from December timetable though.

  • bloody hell some of those freights dont slow down

  • great vid, nice tones. love the 70. i must come up there one time. i usually film at stratford as its easier for me to get to from where i live. i need to get out further ;) liked.

  • The last train was really weird and the first time i've ever seen one like that.

    But Great Vid Mate

  • @scottishrailways thanks yea that is one of the best stations around here

  • Wow, whats the speed of the first freighttrain? Looked like 90mph! Thumbs up, and faved!!

  • thanks yea it wasn't sticking around long maybe doing at bit over 75??

  • @DRS47501 Ok, then I overestimated it:P
