I LOVE THIS RIDE it was AWSOME i went for my 8th grade field trip to islands of adventure and the whole to 8thgrades miss classes that day for the field trip and omg!! lol i rode everything!!!! except the hulk and am afraid of rollercoasters but i took te risk and it was actually fun and i wanted to ride again and again and again lol was a rush!!!!! when we were going up i was like lalalalalalaaaa ahhh!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! lol

This is the best log flume that I have ever been on.And FUNSPOT202,you cannot compare a typical log flume ride to spalsh mountain at WDW.yes they are water rides,but the seating configuration is different,because a log flume seating is one behind another.Splash has side by side seating,with the focus being more on the theme of the brer rabbit tales from the old song of the south movie,as told by Uncle Remus.two entirely different type of rides.So please feel educated now.

@thecoolestdad Nowhere in the log flume definition does it say they have to be single file and devoid of a story. Splash Mountain is definitely a real log flume, the best too. BTW, CA's Splash is single file. You're in a log, you go along a canal, and you go over falls. That's all that matters. Splash Mountain just happens to be an incredibly themed dark ride with an immersive story AND a spectacular and thrilling log flume. That makes it the best by far. No others can compare. Educate YOURSELF.

You ride in a log-type vehicle along a canal, and go over some waterfalls. That's the only definition there is, and using semantics and technicalities to invalidate a ride doesn't change the facts. BTW, the original Splash Mountain at Disneyland is single file. There goes even your weak argument. Chill.
