The command was "hanva-ga-da". If you look at State -1, it should be state 3100.

@CallMeKazu If you look at Donald's Command script through notepad, and you have a basic understanding of what your seeing and the only move(s) you can't do are hanva-ga-da and/or Korekunia, that's beacause Korekunia is performed in the air and hanva-ga-da requires you to be at half health or less. I assume you've been trying this in training so you should have infinite special. I know this comment is a year-old, but you said you'd been trying for months so I thought I'd say this anyways.
