Sure thing. From left to right: Prat (chat), ClassTimer (blue buff bars and yellow debuff), Pitbull, Bartender4, Omen, Grid, Simpleminimap.
Below all of those is SLDataText, the boxes are made with kgpanels, and on the right side is two columns of Elkano's Buff Bars (left is my target's buffs/debuffs and the right is my own buffs/debuffs). I also have DeadlyBossMods on, and the tooltip mod is CowTip.

Good video. Need to lower on the trash time, but thats just my opinon.
Oh, and the warlock needs a bigger monitor :D
