I don't exactly know but I guess you have to get the permission to use the footage from the owners otherwise it's a copyright infringement.

are they actually deleting the accounts? if so why? Or are they just deleting the videos?? x

First they block the videos, then if they decide that there's too much copyright infringement, they close the account.

A lot of people got their account deleted because of that, so that's why I decided to create new accounts in case the same thing happens to me :)
