  • So I take it this car does not get to cold? I want to run a Hose on Hose system all the way to the back because I like in Mn and it gets very cold here. Your thoughts?

Also you dont use any type of pump to draw the WVO out of your tank?

    Thanks

  • there is no problem with acceleration, the heat exchanger is screwed into the body of the car. As far as size I don't know what size is sufficient for your situation.

  • How do you know what size heat exchanger to use? I'm in Atlanta, and I have a 1981 rabbit (1.6L). Do I need a heat exchanger as large as 16 plate, or can I get away with something smaller? Also, can the heat exchanger deal with sudden acceleration?

  • I didn't catch where you say you got your heat exchanger and your secondary fuel filter. Have they been working for you? I'm shopping around right now.

  • yeah, that's not a bad idea since in my case I'm not running any coolant through the tank to heat it like most dual tank conversions use.

  • Would it work if you used the main tank as the veggie oil tank, and had a small 5 gallon tank in the trunk with diesel in it and just used the diesel when the motor is started and shut off?

  • looks clean thanks for posting

  • Could you link to the conversion kit?

  • Nice set up,Also very clean engine,MPG on WVO ??You may not need to run the return line back to the WVO tank

You can just LOOP the line right back to the tank supply, letting the oil stay or keep hot.

How do I buy the parts

I payed to much for my set up

    Thanks Jeff
