The performance of author whom you responded to is much better. Try to follow that style. Waltz must be playing strict, and mrkwonsony 1 year ago was right about evaluation of your performance. To answer your question "Why don't you upload this piece played by you, so that I can see how to improve my playing?" - just follow, for example, the author whom you responded to. Anyway, it's good that you at least tried to learn and play this song!

This is not Jazz actually, is a classical composition with some Jazzy passages. Jazz musicians usually do revisitations.

you really suck at tempo dude...even though it looks like you have the ability to play it better, it just doesn't seem the right way of playing. a) too fast b) too much simplication of right hand c) too less balance of left hand I think. well... 2 stars maybe ?

Haha, you don't even need my performance to see the correct version, if that's what you really mean, because there are tons of other clips being played correctly and the right tempo with less notes mistakes and if your intention was to really learn and make yours better, you can look up Magic Waltz played by mgoon (username) or other clips with cover images of 1900 films. Their clips sound more correct, and I bet you're not wise enough to be able to catch what my implication is all about.

Just in case you don't understand what my point is, you rather focused too much on speed, not much rhythm of waltz being played by left hand which should sounds like um cha cha kind of tempo and too much focus on right hand and skipping all that major technique part as well by just slipping into monotonic melody instead of 3degree scale etc. Believe me nobody can dance waltz by that fast speed.
