Disney refused to let it see the light of day because the compan Wildstorm COmics that made these books at the time sold to DC Comics a company owned by Time Warner and they didn't want to sell a movie that was from a "rival" company.

Also, the voice acting is so-so. Maybe it'll get better in the other parts.

@drawnseeker it was made for the so-called MTV generation, who wanted a lot of violence, nudity and fart jokes while also deep and clever things like government conspiracy.

unfortunately it was finished when that culture was starting to die out in place of close to the heart stuff and stuff that challenged deeper things like discrimination in the X-Men and who are the evil ones in society in the new Batmans.
