I have both of the re-releases of those figures as I got rid of my He-Man toys when I was 7. I wish I had the originals, but consideirng they were loose, I'd say my MIB editions are wroth more money.
man this is bringing back memories. i had the whole he-man collection including castle greyskull. long live the 80's! im so proud to be born during that time.
I Used to have these and I`m after them again. I still have them but alot of my toys and things my dad put them in my shed so I have to start my collection again
Largest collapse in the history of toys. First year for these toys in 1987 grossed $400 million US in sales. The following year plumeted to just 7 Million in sales.
You have proof of these numbers? From my understanding He-man hit the scene in late 1981 and ended in mid 1987 with the years 1982-1985 as the best years for sales.

Uh ok....I am the Kid holding Beast Man and Skeletor! LOL! I remember filming this! Wow ok yeah my hair was pretty bad but it was the 80s!! Everyone's hair was bad!
Ok... I may have been mistaken. I remembered the Snake Mountain commercial and thought you may have been in there, but like you said, I guess everyone had the same dos back in the day!
Actually Battle Armor He-Man was redone as a mini-statue by the Four Horsemen, and it's damn cool:) And with the MOTU Classics line debuing soon theres a chance of seeing a new BA He-Man figure in the near future:)
He-Man and Skeletor in their battle armor outfits is so cool I remember them both as a cool action figures in the good old 1980's. Please ask Mattel to bring them back.
I love when the kid says "The real fun begins" and He-Man and Skeletor's hands would then have you believe they are entering a thumb-wrestling contest
You can heal any part of your body in an instand, just so long as it's your man-tits.

Are they funcitonal?
Mattel also used this "damage flip" design for a line of its Hot Wheels, called "crashers" or something of that nature.
