im looking for a stairway that beats the solo from earls court on the dvd and so far i havent found any that i like more. so could someone help me out and tell me some really good ones. by the way, they're all good but the earls court solo is my favorite, i just think its time for a new favorite.

I got news for you. This Stairway blows the Earls Court one away. I cant understand why people think that Earls Court is such a good version. Page breaks a string that messes up the whole thing.

go with any stairway in 77 from New York or LA. Houston I liked. Thers a lot of good stuff from 77 that I have in my videos. Def 1980 Vienna.

24th at Earls court. The 17th and 18th are even beter than the 25th imo

@Zepman2393 2 years too late but anyway, I like the BBC version for its rawness, since the song was new. Also worth checking out, LA Forum, 6/21 and 6/23 1977 for some interesting extensions to the solo, and 1972 Japan, 1973 Vienna. I don't get the fuss about EC either, I always thought TSRTS was better!!!!

This is a really good version. This one and I like the one from 5/21/77 where ever that was at. That one is probably my favorite but this one is real good.
