I'm all for open-mindedness and questioning the status quo, but the people on this show really jump to some very particular conclusions on questions that have a very broad range of possibilities. The basis of almost everything argued on this program relies on a gross underestimation of the power of human creativity. You would not require much energy to levitate something especially when it comes to using sound. It would be almost as easy as tuning your radio to your favorite station. Sound is vibration. The only plausible explanation i've been able to agree with would be that UFOs use some kind of anti-gravity bubble that surrounds the craft, enabling it to turn instantly without slowing down, submerge underwater..etc. We do not posses the same technologies nor the same means of propulsion so our shuttles would not be able to maneuver in the same manner in which UFOs do.

@lauk05 I know. The series is very entertaining, and it does raise valid questions of how certain types of buildings were built so long ago. My view is, and real evidence suggests, that ancient man had greater knowledge which was lost (nearly a half million ancient scrolls were destroyed in the fires at the library at Alexandria Egypt) and that this probably included ways to soften rock to mold like clay, advanced pulley and gear systems for lifting, and machinery. The only plausible explanation i've been able to agree with would be that UFOs use some kind of anti-gravity bubble that surrounds the craft, enabling it to turn instantly without slowing down, submerge underwater..etc. We do not posses the same technologies nor the same means of propulsion so our shuttles would not be able to maneuver in the same manner in which UFOs do.

Alexander's army did NOT see UFOs. The story is a complete fabrication made up in 1959. Frank Edwards, the author, twisted the account of Quintus Curtius where he said the Tyrians filled bronze shields with firey-hot sand and hurled them at the army. It's really shocking that the History Channel would allow such lies to be broadcasted as if they are undeniable truth. The producers could have researched the claim, but chose not to. The facts are easily obtainable. No UFOs were seen there.

@lauk05 I know. The series is very entertaining, and it does raise valid questions of how certain types of buildings were built so long ago. My view is, and real evidence suggests, that ancient man had greater knowledge which was lost (nearly a half million ancient scrolls were destroyed in the fires at the library at Alexandria Egypt) and that this probably included ways to soften rock to mold like clay, advanced pulley and gear systems for lifting, and machinery. More logical than aliens :o)
