the dinosaur was hovering, and you don't even add effects on it. Try to add VFX to the gun. And there is a program called boujou that's for 3d motion tracking, so your dinousur won't hover. And I realise that the 3d dinosaur is a model from the game jurassic park:operation genesis, please make it yourself using programs like autodesk maya.

the dinosaur had different lighting and brightness from the background, and it's feet slide backwords - if you had made him walk faster the feet would've stayed in place...

Not all that impressive, it looked like the dinosaur appeared out of nowhere, you could have studied shading effects so the dinosaur doesn't look so bright and the animation is kind of stiff. It's not very impressive, hopefully you can practice a bit more so it wouldn't look that way but then again your computer really isn't ILM.
