Why the criticism against the fashion of 80s dance aerobics? Too many people these days are too fat and lazy and will never lift a finger to do any exercise.
@sandinyourshoes the 80's fitness videos are better than todays. For one they have a warm up and they have stretching. I'm not a fan of today's fitness gurus. Plus, the females in 80's fitness videos have better bods.
@khamdoun, "eighties ladies" had the most beautiful bodies I, too, have ever seen in any video on exercise and fitness. Nothing I see today comes close. Certain aerobics techniques were stunningly fast-moving and very well-directed toward cardiovascular conditioning.

I am SO glad my mother wouldn't let me have an 80's hairdo in the 80's. Now I can look back at my photos in the 80's and not have to roll my eyes like a lot of my friends. I wasn't allowed to wear those hideous workout leotards either, thank heavens.
You may have a point there. I just wear yoga pants or sweat pants, not the shocking stuff I see around. I'm slender, but have no desire to flaunt or let it all hang out.

@tall32guy My mom got this back in the 80's I was born in 1996. I remeber she would watch and work out to this all the time! She did it so much the VHS whore out! I saw another VHS in a store full of used stuff but I didn't get it.
