that's not true. It's because of the courts that blacks were forced to sit at the back of the bus. Plessy v. Ferguson man, activist judges forced their beliefs on the American people... Congress outlaws segregation in 1875... read it again 1875, and the courts struck it down... it was the courts fixing their activists mistakes. The people should have the right to vote to govern their general welfare and morals, not be under the boot of less than 10 elites
if left up to the states, i would still be sitting on the back of the bus. but i'm sure you're probably for that.
