As "KOJAK" was spun-off from 1973's "The Marcus-Nelson Murders", "To Kill A Cop" eventually became into a short-lived Friday night series, "EISCHIED" (starring Joe Don Baker), in the fall of 1979. 13 episodes were filmed- the final three were eventually shown (with repeats of the entire series) in the summer of 1983. "Holocaust" was a repeat from 1978; "The Martian Chronicles" and "Freedom Road" weren't that successful...

"NB See Us" was used during late '78 to early '79, then it was replaced by "It's The New NBC", then "Proud As A Peacock" began in mid '79(although the 1976 'N' logo continued to be used until the end of the year).

The 1976 'N' logo was used until Fall 1979. The Proud N logo ('N' merged with the 11 feathered peacock) debuted in September, 1979.
