  • This would make a good thriller. Why hasn't anyone picked it up?

  • why did they change the names of the people..?

  • @12345678orangelime That's what I was wondering...I was confused, at first, of who was who.

  • the ending in the book is pretty good, but i like this ending better

  • Finished reading "And Then There Were None" this morning. Only started reading it a couple of days ago but couldn't stop turning the page over.

I guessed correctly who I thought it was too, though in truth you do start to suspect everybody at different times when you're reading it.

Really wish they'd do a film version with modern actors and the original ending.

  • Hmm...I looked it up and the original title of the book was indeed "Ten Little Niggers". I never knew that. Our teachers never told us. We even did the play and it was never mentioned. But the original title fits much better and clarifies the book. Well, I suppose someday people won't be allowed to call white people "whitey" or "honky" or "cracker" or "redneck" or "hick". We'll all just have to call each other "Hey, um, you there".

  • so i typed in 1945's a game of death and this comes up, seems interesting i'll give it a go. Also if anyone knows where i could watch a game of death feel free to share, it's a remake of the 1932's the most dangerous game.

  • they should remake this, or transfer it into colour or something, though this isn't bad, but I know it'll discourage alot of people

  • the film ending is the one Christie wrote herself for the 1943 play adaptation. Less grim, but no less effective I think.

  • i read the book and i couldn't stop reading.

It was an amazing book with a plot everybody is able to understand

i admire agatha christie soo much!(L)

  • It's good so far my school assigned it to us 8th graders :) I love classical movies!

  • 06:40 the guy during this particular moment had a different name in the book. what was it? can someone please tell me as soon as possible. my friend and i r desperate!

  • @Knuxsu2015 judge wargarve oh prince nikita strarloff is anthony marston in the book

  • the book was awesome

  • wasnt clue based off this

  • Nice Ms. Gonzales, I don't have to spend two worthless hours in your class now! >:D

  • What sadomasochist wrote that nursery rhyme?

  • @ExplorerDS6789 The most awesome sadomasochist ever, that's who. I swear, I could listen to him sing that all day and night. Most epic nursery rhyme ever XD

  • 7:08- Lombard predates James Bond. lol

  • Original title of the book was Ten Little Niggers

  • @TheJomogogo Now it's Ten Little African Americans

  • @ExplorerDS6789 No, no. Now it's "Ten individuals of varying ethnic backgrounds, none of which will die as to avoid claims of racism towards whichever of them dies first. But can they ever sip tea!"

  • @VenathTehN3RD God bless America, huh?

  • @TheJomogogo And then Ten little Indians.

  • i really want to know who's the killer....

  • I kind of like it but...they've changed so much for me to like it too much. The book was amazing though. Thanks for uploading by the way:)

  • Even though it was awful they should've kept the original ending.

  • @Itheanonymous wait awf'ul? the book "and then there were none" had an awesome ending

  • what a vulgar nursery rhym...-_-

  • @PinkCommittee and what grade did you get

  • @wiiguy145 an A (:

  • @PinkCommittee how the movie is almost nothing like the book they were on soldier island not indian island and in the ending all the characters die not just 8 and quincannons name is judge wargrave in the book and there were soldier statues on the tables not indians did your teacher even notice?

  • @wiiguy145 because I also read the book :P

  • @wiiguy145 When the novel originally was released in the United States, the island was called Indian Island, after the nursery rhyme "Ten Little Indians." Recent editions of the book have changed the name to Soldier Island and the nursery rhyme to "Ten Little Soldiers," mostly due to political correctness. But originally the name of the island was Indian Island, just like in the movie. The original name of the island and title of the British version was a lot more vulgar and racist.

  • @PinkCommittee Just remember the judge, the general and the prince have different names in the movie

  • @PinkCommittee good idea

  • @PinkCommittee haha me too :P :D

  • @96raindrop96 ...there are a lotta differences from the book theough...

  • @FluffyPuff16 haha the funny thing is, I read it last night like from beginning to end in one sitting and it was amazing!!! and the ending was so unpredictable... I wish we'd had a longer time to read it it was rly good :)

  • @96raindrop96 yeah the ending was awesome. lol i was talking to my friend about the killer and she was like "you never find out who it was..." and i was like "you didn't read the epologue did you?" and she was like"...CRAP!"

  • @FluffyPuff16 haha :D yeah I woud've prob left it out too if I had found out who the killer was b4, but it really bothered me so I had to read it :P

  • @PinkCommittee the book is way, way, way, waaaaayyyy better than this movie..you should read it
