Actually it takes 100 years after the creation of the subject to be used under the FAIR USE ACT in national matters but since it was created in Japan sono one except those who created bleach and those who have permission to use the creation can use it.
@alexrox9 the fair use copyright act section i have mentioned is for the audio only - i should have explained. I have no powers over the video content being recognised as belonging to anyone else.
and seeing how many people have made AMV's with bleach and havent been sued or had their videos taken away.. i think i'm pretty safe at the moment! :D
