She is a much better soprano than the one in the Agnus Dei, although the American accent still ruins it in places!
Tenor - try and sing some of those higher notes through your nose and allow all the chambers in you head to resonate. Don't sing from the back of your throat, open it and push that sound through and it will sound much improved!
i dont care whats up, those 3 sound great. i just was told today im singing all the female solos in the mass for my college choir and we dont start working it till january and im freaked the hell out about it. but after hearing her sing (im a 1st sop also) it made me not feel so nervous(: hearing these 3 sing together make me feel much more at ease about singing the mass as the soloist(:
@diograzie I did. I am never on my youtube sorry this is SO late! But i did sing and it was SO much better than i thought it was going to be. I was so afraid because it was my first master piece solo in college. But i am so glad i did it. Classical isn't really my style to sing, i have a wonderful chest voice for broadway style music so this style was a HUGE challenge for me but i was able to conquor it and do it gracefully :)
Keep your mounth relax when you sing the "aw" sound in "domini" and "nomine" because the tongue changes the vowel sound and not the lips (they are for consonants!)
Jaci is it? I love your voice. Nice quality. Great Job! The Tenor please open up and articulate your wording. bring your voice forward and not sing from the back of your throat. Bass I loved your voice also but kick the volume up a notch. Great Job you three!
hehe thanks :] The bass here ! :] I'm so tall and remember trying to tweak the mic a bit before the piece started, so that might have affected the pick-ups. I definitely could have sang out a lot louder though :]
overall pretty good the tenor needs to open more and they dont blend very well. i just got the tenor part for the one we are singing at my school and we three blend more but this is still really good
i agree the tenor needs some work. He needs to sing more openly and attain more of a 'round' sound. Pronounciation of Benedictus needs some work but a really good sound overall.
solists off tune and with shallow voices...
pity
such a beautiful song

Dear Bass,
Keep your mounth relax when you sing the "aw" sound in "domini" and "nomine" because the tongue changes the vowel sound and not the lips (they are for consonants!)

Dear sop
Please work on the vowel "eh" especially when it comes to singing in Latin or Italian. It really affects the legato and the eveness of the line.
Dear Tenor,
Join the vowel sounds and try not to put too much pressure on them. Let them flow!
Hope you find this useful!

The Sop. soloist his a nice voice
The Tenor was a bit flat at times (Nervous?)
The Baritone needs to sing out a bit more.
Be careful not to clip the end of words.
Over all a fine job
