  • How to unlock your car door without any cat !!

  • it works i did it to our van

  • Isn't it great? I didn't think it would work but, voila! It does.

  • Wasnt this proved otherwise on Myth Busters?

  • It worked on our vehicle just fine. Not sure if it was the car they used on Myth Busters, but it worked for us

  • I LOVE YOUR EYES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Thanks! I will try to showcase them more often :)

  • Thank you for the tip.

  • jbg42: I was excited when I found out that it works so I am glad to pass it on.

  • Ok, I wanna know what kind of car it is that this works on cause I just tried it on a Dodge Caravan over AT&T (the old Cingular) and its not happening. :(

I keep an extra key in my wallet just for this. It wont run the car but it will open the door. My anal other half keeps an entire second set of keys at all times, car, house, everything. That gets a little bulky.

    Hi Sophie!

  • Dave: It should happen for any kind of car. Your other half just needs to click it over the phone and it should work. Hmmmm.

I can't do the bulky key thing. It's hard to fit in my pocket so I have to carry them.

    Sophie says hi :)

  • what a neat trick about the cellphone/clicker!

thanks for sharing. wow, snow in Seattle. Sophie is just beautiful! I loved the outtakes where she is squinting her eyes shut; cats have a way if doing what they want at their own call, don't they? Have a great weekend. Susan

  • I thought it was a neat trick. And the snow--we even got more last night. It's like the dead of winter here. And yes, our cats do what they want and in their own time. I could hardly sleep last night because Miss Lisa was wanting to sleep all over me. Other nights, she wants nothing to do with people. Oh well...

  • I LOVE sleeping in! That is amazing about unlocking the car door! Sophie is just gorgeous!!! Aren't cats amazing? Mine is sleeping in her bed covered up to her neck as we speak. She sleeps like that all night. (spoiled rotten). You can keep the snow there, thank you, I have had enough of it. I hope you got your Mexican food!

    Hugs,

    Joanie

  • Joanie: You know, we were invited to a friends house in Woodinville (20 minute drive) for spaghetti so the Mexican has to wait until next weekend. But it was snowing some more and by the time we left there was a good 2 inches and it was still snowing! Can you believe it? And April is in 3 days. Who knew?

I adore our cats, though they aren't the snuggly type unless it suits them.

  • Hee heee! Hi pretty kitty! :0)

What a cool unlock thingy! I had never heard that before! Excellent tip. Thanks Craig! :0)

Snow? Wow. I am sweating and wearing sandals and watering my yard. LOL

  • Joyce: Yeah, Sophie, we think, has ADD. She never sits still and when she does, it's a huge event. Ok, not really huge, but we make a big deal out of it.

What?? Sandals? I'm so jealous! That season will be here soon, hopefully. It starts to get in the 70's around may and then mid June, it's upper 70's lower 80's. We really only have a couple weeks out of the year when it gets in the 90's so summers here are just wonderful. Not too hot, but just warm enough to enjoy a nice sunny day!

  • Well, we are in the high 70's and low 80's right now. I think today was a high of 82. Time to turn on the ceiling fans!

Hubby and I visited Seattle a couple of years ago in the summer. We *loved* the weather! Your August is so pleasant! Ours is unbearable. Too hot and too much humidity here. But we never get snow; So we kinda have two springs. :0)

    Enjoy your evening out!

  • TESTED! IT WORKS!!:)

  • Eva: I know, isn't it amazing? I thought it was all foolishness but when I tried, I was very surprised.

I do like Mexican food very much. But to be completely truthful, I think I like the margaritas better more :)

  • I love Mexican food..but it doesn't love me..as for Margaritas..I don't believe I have ever had one..for as often as I drink my bottle of Malibu (same bottle for past 5 years) does the trick..:) Enjoy! Be Safe!! :)

  • And rum doesn't agree with me. Someone slipped me something in a rum and diet coke one time and I was miserably sick for 3 days. Never again, I say.

  • What an awesome tip!!! We are on our way out to try it..thanks sooo much!! Have a wonderful weekend..enjoy your Mexican dinner!!

    HI Sophie!!!

  • I love that tip, my mom keeps my extra remote at her place for just that reason! I heard you guys were getting snow, how fun is that? At least we know it isnt global warming, thats a liberal myth. ;-)

I dont think Sophie has any intention of talking to us!

  • 1DRock37167: We were just joking about that at work yesterday. The ice caps are melting, but Seattle is freezing. I guess we will be the new arctic region soon

  • Drastic changes in the weather are occouring all over the world, but some still deny its happening!

  • I saw on our news that you had snow! Hi Sophie!! Oh, she is so pretty :)))

That is amazing. The wonders of technology, eh? What if you and your friend fight and they send someone to boost your car by doing that? Gotta make sure it's a good friend. ha!

    Show us snow, please.

Oh, Sophie is so pretty! I love her little nose. I would boop it. Aww, she wants to sleep hahaha

  • Beth: I know-and we had snow the previous day as well. Yes, please make sure it is a good friend, otherwise it would not be a good thing.

By the way, how many hours behind pacific time are you?
