I'm glad to see I'm not alone. My father died 10 years ago when I was 3, im 13 now and I still haven't gotten over the fact my only true father will never get to meet me or go to my graduation or wedding. I hate the fact that I barely knew him I'm crying right now as I write this. I MISS YOU DADDY!
@Gbrf138 i had a step dad. but i was still missing my dad. now 31 years old and on the 13th i got phone call from my mom told me to log in to pc b4 i left for court. told me go to fb &click this guy & then my face hit the floor. it was a pic of me but older me! i asked ? & what? &. yep. 50/50 he could be my dad. he didnt know. i didnt know. i have 3 kids now. he has others. but i would be his oldest and I have his 1st 3 grandkids. if i am his. we took test other day & waiting to find out.
My dad went to jail when i was 4 and was in there for seven years and got out when i was 12 and he played this song when he got out and i balled like a baby i am now 15 and now i feel like hes so distant since he has two step-kids and a new wife and i feel like he loves them more than me i still cry
I felt the same way when my dad was in prision and he played this song when he got out and i balled like a baby and im 15 and my dad was there for 7 years he went when i was 4 and got out when i was 12 and now i feel like my dady is distant since he has ste-kids pluys me and a new wife he makes me think he loves them more than me
She is really on her way. I remember singing this song when I was about 5 with my Daddy at a local fair. He has been gone now for 8 years and I can still remember like it was yesterday singing this with him. I wish that they had video cameras like they do today. I would give anything to have had video of my debut with my Daddy. Keep this she will want to look back on this.
