The scary part is when the plane door opens and you realise that you will be doing something that every nerve in your brain is telling NOT to. When you walk to the doorway of an open plane at 11,000 feet and feel the cold air rushing by you at 200 mph it takes all your concentration to go through with that first jump and overcome the built-in fears.
Once you get outside, it is much less stressful and repeated jumps are much easier.
Went for a tandem jump there on the weekend. I also want to do the AFF course now. It was the most awesome feeling
