great video! Im a 48 year old lean woman & Ive been taking creatin off & on for 5 or 6 years (I LOVE IT) its my staple supplement its great for us over 40 gals who start to loose muscle & muscle energy after 40, I highly recommend,& as for weight gain, there is none other than maybe 2 or 3 lbs of water gain, but that water is shot into muscle giving a super tone hard effect(better than flab!,lol) dont be afraid of creatin, its great for gals!
@dhodi123 Yes creatine does help with cardio in women. It actually increases endurance more than it appears to affect it in men. It might help you go a little faster or a little further. The creatine itself does not make women look bigger, it only helps so your muscles can work with more energy so help you get an extra few reps or in maybe extra poundage in. It doesn't actually lead to bigger muscles itself.
hello-I have been taking creatine for about a month now and have seem great improvements in my lifting .However am I suppose to gain weight on this or look swollen.
