its awesome you guys are vegetarians! i have been one for about 12 years and i have always wanted to go to korea...its encouraging to see that they actually have some vegetarian places

@akumie2 maybe when looking at it in the short term...but vegetarians and vegetarian food is much more common now than say 50-40 years ago...so yah, maybe one person alone won't make a difference, but im not the only one out there and the numbers keep growing...and even if the same number are killed, i still refuse to support corporations that make thier money off of murder...think about how much money you spend on meat products throughout your life time, its quite a lot

I got an 8hr layover when my family was on our way back to America too! (fr Vietnam) and I really want to go around Seoul, but we were scared of getting lost...

I regretted it so much! The place looks soooooo nice! There will be no other chance :(

That type of ice cream was brought in by Turkish immigrants to Korea, so it's really Turkish style ice cream.

That tea you were drinking may have been Barley tea. My Korean friend says that it is very popular and it does kinda have that toasty taste

@maxthecat20 barley tea is used like water in Korea. people mainly use it for drinking water along with purified water and spring water since barley tea has no caffeine

I had the dragon beard candy when I was a kid in Hong Kong! I was told that it was a traditional Chinese dessert, but didn't realize Koreans have it too. I guess the cultures really are similar. The fillings look different though.

Hope I will get a chance to visit Seoul someday! It looks like a fun city to be in!

hi Ann, I really enjoyed watching this! Yes, dragons beard is a tourist attraction even for Canada, but that Guy was entertaining. You made me laugh when you had to leave, but had no time to shop. It seem like there is alot of things to do in Korea. I got so excited when you went into the cosmetic shop.  You should plan a future trip to korea again so you can do some shopping.
