  • Hi I have been reading "Fundamentals of Piano Practice" by Chuan C. Chang and I wonder if you could advise me about your study routine that is as your daily practice.

Not to understand English as chuan c. page chang

    PS: I am a beginner.

  • @juancaca1993 Yea break up the songs and learn miniture little parts with each hand. learn with each hand then learn both hands togther.

  • for constructive critisism you're going a little fast, slow down a bit, but really great playing like wow

  • I taught myself bits of this song,

But you've nailed it!!! nice playing!

  • Pretty impressive. Lol @ ending

  • I think you did pretty good but played it way to fast. The beauty of the piece was lost in your hurry to finish. Good job though.

  • @Animus1208 I agree. You seemed to pretty much nail it, but the problem with choosing awesome songs is if you screw up the tempo, you're gonna catch some "hatin' " for it. Keep up the good work.

  • ummm i tried playing this along with the song and it sounded wrong, so i messed with the notes a bit while listening and i think it is something like this: left hand chords 1.C E G 2.E G B(natural) 3.D F(sharp) A 4.G B D Right hand(ALL F's ARE SHARP): 1. E--EE-DD-C-B--AA-B-BAB 2. E--EE-DD-C-F---FGE 3. EF-EG-EA-EB-EC-ED-EEDCB 4. AA-B-BAB 5. AGDAGFGF 6. GBCAG
  • Hey, not bad at all, you definitely need to slow down quite a bit, and if your keyboard has dynamics, lighten up on the keys and take advantage of those dynamics. For the third portion of the right hand (referring to the tabs you wrote, the third step) you actually switch the anchor key from D to F after hitting A. Check out my tutorial for clarity.

p.s. Thanks for making up some tabs for new pianists, I'm sure they appreciate it.

  • That's kina funny that you posted a comment. I actually learned by watching your first vid.

    Thank You

  • btw you need a real piano or at least an electric one with weighted keys...ones without them will ruin your hands. seriously.

  • Funny you say that. Now that you mention it, whenever I play a keyboard as opposed to a real piano, my hands seem to get more tense.

  • Nice! good job. i love this song!

  • awesome thanks

  • nice
