Why are you on the inside lane of the roundabout yet turning into the exit. If you took the correct lane, this wouldn't have happened. Also the fact you state the Toyota wasn't indicating suggests you should never assume their trajectory. But anyway, at least you both missed each other. A lesson learned and only the pride dented.
@Fuzz944 as the exit has a double lane, i can exit from the inside lane of the roundabout, to the inside lane of the exit. I was in the correct lane. The toyota was in the incorrect lane for taking the following exit. Nothing wrong with my pride, i know i was in the right.
@miniator It's as much about being in the right as it's about observing your surroundings. The toyota has every right to be on the outside lane of the roundabout and go straight on. If you cannot take on board the fact he wasn't indicating left and extrapolate from that it was a fair bet the toyota wasn't going left, you wouldn't have carved him up like you did, right or wrong.
@Fuzz944 yes, your right, he does have every right to be in the outside lane to go straight on IF the exit he wanted to take was indeed straight on....which in this case it wasn't, the exit he ended up taking was the "right" turn from that roundabout. he was in the wrong lane. end of

It's obvious to any competent driver that the Toyota was in the wrong.
