So this is my quickshot controller, umm so this is my quickshot controller, for professional players, so this is my quickshot controller, and a its my quickshot controller
well you have to remember the nes max was made in the 80's and no one realy new what thay wanted yet and on top of that it was mostly for children 5 and up so you cant blame them for such a small Controller.
Do you have the Power Glove or the U Force? This is motion controls WELL before the Wii. There was also some wireless controllers, as well as a handle bar style controller.
man i had every single thing you showed back in the day, plus more! my comment to you is.... keep it up. there is alot more to be found. my favorites are the NES advantage, and the turbo touch 360. the nes satellite was cool back in the day, but i remember you had to have the two parts exactly aligned or else it would stop working. oh the frustration, it moves and you die.
@SmokeyBluntRoach I use my Satellite occasionally, it's actually pretty good directionally. My bigger problem is the dogs keep deciding to wander into the beam. The main reasons I stopped using it is there's a noticeable delay between controller actions and on-screen, and there's some windows that cause enough bright light to mess it up. These days I stick with using a FourScore as a good extension cord.
first of all you bastard (You killed Kenny) I own another quick scope thats quite interesting it looks like a tac 2 controller but on a glove. Its not licenced nintendo its 3rd pary crap but still works fine.
Nice collection, but nothing you have there really qualifies as "rare" becides the Zapper Scope. At best, you could say those accessories range from dirt common to somewhat uncommon.
The Zapper Scope itself though is pretty interesting, though somewhat pointless.
If you want to collect even rarer controllers of the NES, look for the Famicom ones from Japan. In many cases small companies produced limited runs in Japan to gauge marketshare and the unsuccessful ones ARE actually rare now.
This stuff is not rare, a zapper came with every nes an there were countless accessories for the controllers and the system itself what you have is just old junk...
@MrRussian19 Wasn't there a NES Set with the control deck, controller(s), AC Adapter, RF Switch and/or AV Cable + Super Mario Bros.? I thought there was one... Most NES systems did have a zapper, but not all...
well, i don't own any controllers you would call weird, but my favorite 3rd party controller is probably the Gamecube Pelican controller. imported from either Mexico or Spain. I think Spain. Europeans are cool (please excuse my bad spelling, im just typing lazy today...)
you sound young and im always glad when the new crowd to the scene enjoys the old school. nice vid and a nice collection. thanks for sharing
