You expect a single man to fix it all up and pretty in one presidential ruling period? I like Ron Paul because of his foreign policy and following of the Constitution. With his foreign policy, I'm not entirely in favor of non-interventionism. By that, I mean that I support us pulling our troops out from this "empire" we've created, but I think that as a world superpower, we should help resolve conflicts, like Darfur. Next, I believe heavily in his conservative idealism with the Constitution. I think the Constitution is one of the finest documents in the world, we should follow it.

He supports the status quo of the military when the military and Pentagon is larger than the rest of our budget and larger than the rest of the world combined by far. However it should be done with grace, not just all up in your face. We need more people to come to the points Ron Paul is hitting, on their own, before they would feel more empowered to do something about it. I congratulate Ron Paul and everyone that follows him.

I may be a registered libertarian, but this line causes Paul to separate not only from libertarians, but also republicans. It represents an unwinnable position, and therefore irrelevant. It is also just plain wrong.

Military spending is one of the few constitutional functions the government does and should perform.

Bringing christianity into foreign policy would cause us to get our asses kicked.
