If your jerks bad what can you clean? Looks like theres alot more in the clean there and the jerk didnt look that hard, out in front a bit but nice and high
Lad, you are too hard on yourself which is a problem many of us lifters have. Your jerk is slightly out in front and you might want to work on pushing the head through but you are strong and explosive and it does not serve as a hinderance at all on the lift.
Thanks for that :).... I wouldn't say I am too hard on myself though, I have eased off expectation and am working on small and gradual improvements. I am pleased to inform that it is working :), may just take some time, but I'm slowely getting back. Yea need to work on my jerks, with more weight :). bar came out a little maybe at the bottom of the pull, extension wasn't perfect, jerk dip was maybe a bit deep, split position was incorrect and recovered with the wrong foot.

best power clean is 140 kilos... but haven't done any form of cleans over 130 recently.
