Buy a MTV, OTV, or SPC for the marine look, good on the helmet and bdus as well as the 16, put a acog and ras w/ rail covers and you'll be set and the gear color should be CB ( Coyote Brown )

Or vest wise, buy a CIRAS, RRV with back plate carrier all Coyote Brown. The RRV must be worn with PACA soft armor khaki color. This is for a high-speed Force Recon look (my prefered :)

Get rid of that vest get a TAN oe tech plate carrier with cummerbund from airsoftgi if you look under "all plate carriers" they will have it in a package for 110 bucks with all the puches you'll need get tan because thats the color the marines wear you'll be set after that

the m16a4 DMR does but i dont think the standard m16a4 has ris system the m16a3 is primarly used for the navy and if you look on wikipediea it shows the different variants and the m16a4 has no RIS system on the forgrips
