@MusicGirl468 No. The moderators aren't banned. Rsnail (a moderator on Club Penguin)'s test penguin "Nickname1" was banned forever (not exactly banned forever). This is so he (and as well as the other moderators, too) have to log on by first unbanning the penguin and logging off (by banning the penguin).

If you'r penguin gets banned for unfairly reasons you email cp about it and once they reply, they give you a phone number too call them. And if you call them you might get unbanned or not.
