It depends, mods such as superjump or anything visible can get you banned if people report you, so if it is not a transferable (everyone else has it when you join) you may get banned.

For a modded gamertag, you can get 20,001 reports and not be banned, its just the appearence in the game that shows and they get your real gamertag.
