I agree with this. At E3 they basically said that the Wii is dead and they're not going to do anything with it. It was like the didn't care. They did manage to throw a new Kirby out. Sadly, it kinda flew under the radar unnoticed. It's a good game. Skyward Sword is amazing! It sold like 500,000 copies on Black Friday. That's great. That'll push the Wii through Christmas, maybe through January, but after that there's nothing! They need to fix this, but this late in the game, it may too late. ....
@Bowoneshi Now the holiday lineup for 3DS looks nice. Starfox 64 in September helped hold the system up until Mario Land 3D came out. It's doing wonders for the system right now. MarioKart 7 is here too. Resident Evil coming in January I believe, so I think the 3DS is set software wise as long as they keep it up. We still have Kid Icarus to look forward too as well. I just hope that Nintendo is hoping the 3DS alone can push the company until Wii U launch. Again, they need to push the Wii along.
@Bowoneshi And finally, the Wii U. It had better have the best launch of any Nintendo system. The once King of Gaming has been trailing behind since the GameCube. Batman had better be a launch title. Assassin's Creed would be an amazing system seller. I'd better see it at launch as well. Throw us a Mario, too. Galaxy 3? Paper Mario? Doesn't matter. The Italian Plumber sells! Nintendo has to give us some great stuff to hold us out until Zelda HD and SSB4. They had better kick ass at E3 2012.
