  • it is angled like that for the grade of the mountain so that there is an even cover of water over the tubes in the engine that makes the steam to go forward

  • I went on this when i was on vacation. I loved it but I thought it was going to go slower than it did.

  • Haha, I love the way the guy swings his leg as he's climbing up into the cab... as if to emphasize the fact the the train is going SO slow. I rode the cog back in 2003... it was one heck of a ride! Thanks for posting!
