@cherryadeish No, we almost don't pay road tax, just only the new ones for few years. And, yeah, we're also try to improve the public traffic like bus, but, we can't add more bus because there are fuckin' many motobikes here so no road for bus LOL. Hope to improve it next few years :)

I think a lot of you speek just in order to air their tooths, without having been 1 time in Vietnam. When I go there I always drive the Honda and I can ensure that it is not difficult and never had a problem. Only the "sunday drivers" can't do it.

majority of people in vietnam ride scooters otherwise it would take you 3 hours to get any where in a car! its so dangerous as well they have over 10 thousand deaths a year because of motorbike related accidents! and try riding a motorbike during the day in the heat and with all the air pollution without a gas mask! its instant suicide...so hard to breath over there!

somehow it works though because i remember when i was going driving one of those mopeds it was the funnest bike experience i ever had because i would go through alley ways small enough to just fit one scooter, drive inside shopping districts, go all terrain on muddy roads, and just mess around through crazy intersections
