One question at a time.
1) If you actually look in Mugen AI Tournament VII's playlist, the starting roster was hand-picked by me months ago. All fights are controlled by the computer aka "Artificial intelligence".
2) No, I didn't bother putting Goku and God Gundam in. Goku was in ai tournaments 3 and 6 on youtube. Go search on my channel.
3) There's no Leon/Chris mugen characters that have been released to my knowledge. So, I can't answer your question.
