Well I think this might have been a live performance on TV, so they thought he would sing it the way he did at San Quentin, when he sung the song first, using the b-word.

As you can see, he is "bleeping" himself (making that sound instead of saying the word), joking about the producers who bleeped his record.

So they thought he would sing it and chased the "bleep" over it, even though he did jokingly bleep it himself LOL
