to cook rice and meat and than cook again with peppers is wrong. try to put fresh meat and rice mix into peppers and cook for 45-60 min in tomato sauce. much better option... enjoy
@sugaredcandycane i don't agree....there are different methods....Try all the ways and stick with the one way you like. It depends on who is cooking it and such.
