USC is located in South-central L.A. Why don't you ever see any song-girls 'of color' on the squad. USC has NEVER had more than ONE African American on its squad. You rarely see 'brown-latinas' or 'asians'. If you do, its probably because of affirmative action. The song-girls do not reflect the demographics surrounding USC. The song-leader director should be fired.

FYI: Although USC campus is located in a predominantly Black/Hispanic neighborhood, the student body is less than 10% black. By those numbers, it will be rare to have any african americans on the song team. So don't hate if you can't relate. The Song girls represent the student body, not the crappy neighborhood they happen to go to school in.
