to record your playing you type 'record pugVSenemy' into the console while playing.

and then it records a demo to your computer..

after you record you can watch the demo and then record what's going on in the screen with fraps or something like it(i think fraps is the best, though, at the moment). and then you can compile them into a video with an editing program like this video.
