  • jesus christ, just your legs!!!!

  • haha the would have to build this from titanium to make it availible to the USA :D

  • Fat ass americans? Most european countries are 1-2% less fat than america. Consider yourselves on the list.

  • @unseenxxx sooooo, let me get this straight..... each european weighs about 1-2 poundds less than americans per 100 pounds.....that sounds like something to gloat about for sure....at least they teach us mass in america

  • wat happens when u come across stairs

  • @tono247 Comedy ensues?

  • @tono247 You fall in love with my bad pun.

  • I would get a local redneck to put some sort of chainsaw engine on mine with his red-tech and beat the others in races and use the money to buy bigger engine...

  • So long, stupid legs!!

  • this producy is useless, only work inside buildings and moves as fast as a person can walk so waths the use, im not gonna spend money and electricity on a device that moves as my speed. is ike taking a taxi to go to the kitchen

  • Here we come Wall-E!!!

  • unfortunately the real people that will use this will be too heavy to sit on these

  • Considering the fact that it was slightly different than these in the video, I guess the unicycle that I learned to ride, must have been Chinese made. The Japanese don't believe in pedals. But we already knew that because the Chinese make bicycles & the Japanese make motorcycles... and some country between China & Japan conceived the brilliant idea of "Mopeds". Thats why somebody sank that island nation

  • they need a catch like, supports up to 95kg's

  • What does the future hold? Obesity of course.

  • OMG I HAVE TO WALK?? NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!! The world has ended!!!!!!

  • 10 years later every1 will have one and become one of those fat peeps for walle -.- have we not learned morals?

  • Is there a use for this? Yes there is: people organising conventions. They've got to run from one side of a (or several) building(s) to the other constantly for days in a row. Given the fact that these buildings can hold over 100.000 people, you can imagine that after a day or two, they'd wish they had access to one of these.

... but yeah, mostly they'll be used by lazy Americans like in Wall-E.

  • gay.

  • LOL. kind of reminds me of Wal-E. all the fat people moving around in recliners.

  • Crap!!! You don't even need legs anymore!!!

    Just move/steer witth your butt!!!

The medical scooters weren't enough, then it was the Segway, that wasn't nerdy enough --now this!!

In Japan I could see this device as practical.

Here in the Western Hemisphere, we would all jump on the band-wagon to becoming more lazy.

  • (( (()) (()) ][_!

  • Exactly what we need in this country... More lazyness. Obviously this would not be geared towards disabled persons, you would have to have control of your body to operate this thing...

  • i so want one!!!!

  • lmao i want one can you imagine a smackhead trying to understand wtf is going on when people float by on a chair.... rotfflmao!!!!!!

  • awesome! :)

  • this thing makes segway look ingenious!

  • Ride one of these stupid contraptions down a bumpy road.

    That'll scratch your itch !

  • were gonna be such fatasses if this is real.

  • Indeed

  • Completely fucking ridiculous.

  • Hasn't Honda heard of prosthetic limbs?

  • what does this have anything to do with prosthetic limbs?

  • because the product will be more suitible for the disabled who can't walk

  • haha i think this is aimed towards lazy people

  • i agreed. make people even fatter. people should walk more. it's healthier. if u look at american society where cars and fast foods are plentiful, u see more obesity problem than other countries that don't have those luxury

  • i perfer walking although it would be cool to have

  • dosent look too fun holding onto it but if you could sit on it normally and have free hands then id buy one.. the next step forward form the segway

  • They'll have to address rider size and weight, particularly for America :-)

  • Agreed

  • Reminds me of that thing from South Park that sticks a prop up your ass to lock you in.

Looks about as comfotable to ride, too.

  • i remeber that episode lol

  • i want one

  • give it vtec and ill buy it

  • hmm.... isn't that a bit hard to do?

  • think of it as a uni-cycle

  • are humans getting that fucking lazy?

  • x222

  • damn right O_O

  • @NDUBZ08 Um yes

  • It might see its use, for now, in Expos, Hospitals, Airports, basicly the same makket has the Segway plus some more where the fact that it is a more compact devise comes into fruition.

You guys should stop bitching because alot of things that are today comon werent invented by whoever made money off of them.

    Be glad you have them.

  • nice.. how does it maintain it's balance?

  • Like a segway, with a giroscope.

  • Although this device looks funny, the tech could be used to create wheelchairs with better mobility, robots or even vehicles that can be parallel parked into tight spots.

  • i would just laugh if someone came wit that shit.

  • че скоро во бще уже ходить не будем. мышцы атрофируются и будем вот так ездить :)

  • ага,садишься на сие изобретение и до беговой дорожки,а там уже бегать:)

  • Why replace walking? People are lazy enough already

  • what th fuck is this thing ??

  • it's like ang from avatar but a machine on ur ass

  • something useful for normal ppl?!?!?

  • Some clown suggested this would benefit senior citizens. Are you kidding? What would keep Granny from falling off? Are you going to bungie cord her to it? Or maybe super glue her bony ass to the seat? The U3-X is an ambulance chasers wet dream come true.

  • eeehh.........no thanx i have legs

  • Just drill a hole in the center of the seat and you wouldn't have to be bothered with walking AND using a toilet.

  • Looks like the Aibo was a better investment of R&D funding.

  • walking is such an inconvenience. This is just one step closer to the fat boneless people in the movie Wall-e.

  • this is for the asian market and they work every fucking day.

  • Comment removed

  • I don't see the point.

  • Put a dildo instead of the seat and there you have the point... ;-) just kidding

  • i would never spend my money on that thing

  • lol@ last comment. That's like saying, fuck non western clothes. Damn it! Come up with your own idea of wearing something!!!

  • lenin1928

Many things are copy of other devices. Any car that is not the original Ford is a copy. Windows Operating system was a copy. The U3-X doesn't seem to be a direct copy of the Segway anyway. It work differently.

  • yeah needs to go a litte faster, could be great for the elderly or ppl who work on their feet all day..but do you have to keep your hands on the seat?

  • Great, they keep taking away wheels.

Next thing you know it will have no wheels at all and will just be a little stool-shaped anti-gravity hovercraft with a little glowing flat spot on the bottom.

  • thats way cooler than the Segway

  • No thanks... I would rather walk than riding this thing...

  • not if you have no legs

  • @mrjost55

pwahahah, nice recommendation right there ^^

  • me two

  • Damn it! Why are these things so uncomfortable? You can't even lay back on one of these man.. I'll just get a car

  • agree with u! :D if this thing are slower then a running human i think we human just should walk! our leg are gifted by god to walk n run, why must we be too lazy?

if this thing can make more then 50kmh i would consider to buy it..(its better to buy a scooter!)

  • Hehe, it´s 6km/h. But it´s only intended for indoor use anyway. But I think it´s great for a wheelchair alternative. Much smaller.

  • A wheelchair alternative? How the fuck does a crippled person get onto and stay on something like this? This looks like the most uncomfortable thing on the planet. Even the models showing it off looked like they were getting a rectal exam the whole time they were on it.

  • If think it's pretty comfortable, but well, you shoudnt stay on it 24/7.

And no, this won't be a wheelchair alternative.

  • thats what happens when u put wayy too much money on the hands of engineers

  • Great! Another tools to make me lazier!!! Now i'm just waiting for a robot to make money for me!!

  • Viva o sedentarismo!!

    save a sedentary lifestyle!!

  • Lol, interesting!! I think that they are wanting a way to get fat faster... It makes me remember the movie E-Wall....

  • That looks seriously uncomfortable ...

  • i dont think we need that here in the U.S. we're big enough lol

  • nice! targeting fatass Americans head on

  • LMFAO so true

  • Comment removed

  • @floydspiritz XD i don't think it's sturdy enough though

  • @floydspiritz i think the only demographic of americans that will be successfully targeted are trekkies and techno fags... this invention is fucking retarded

  • Awsome, Segway (or smthng) got PWND
