  • If you want to learn the truth about the wage gap MYTH, click onto my channel & watch the "Pay gap & workplace discrimination?!" playlist.

  • Discrimination is inherent in any statistic. Good looking people get paid more than the ugly, the bald are paid less than those with hair, taller get more than shorter, etc.

If that's the case in a free society, then it's the free choices of the individuals involved to contribute to the particular discrepancy. In conclusion; who cares?

  • Please do a search on "pay gap truth" and you'll find a great 8 part speech by Warren Farrel. Also search on "equality pay gap" and you'll find a three part video by a user named manwomanmyth. They're both great.

  • @victorsvoice thanx

  • I'd like to see a chart that shows number of years worked. I predict it will show that men work for more years while living for five fewer years. I'd also like to see a chart of the permanently unemployed, by education level, which includes full-time mothers that never return to work after pregnancy leave.

  • @feministsAreCorrupt hmm. thanks for your thoughts. good points to look into.

  • @feministsAreCorrupt u r right.

  • 1:16 : the graph of college degrees in Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science and Physical Science, degrees that lead to higher paying jobs. Despite complete access to any field of study, women have poured into Psychology and largely ignored the fields of study listed earlier.

  • @feministsAreCorrupt thanks for your comments. what are the reasons women ignored the fields listed? what do studies reveal?

  • @reyty2 Is a study needed to explain that computer science, math, physics are harder , combining a greater risk of failure to graduate for a reward of higher pay.

I've heard of students dropping out of engineering and pursuing psychology.

I've never heard of students dropping out of psychology and studying engineering.

  • in that case as an employer i would want to hire woman

  • Hmmm it looks like women are choosing degrees in fields that pay less.. We must force women to take classes in areas where there is more money. If males are studying it them most likely it is a higher paying field. We must continue Affirmative Action and Title IX against the oppressive males as everyone knows women are not allowed to study whatever they want....or are they...I'm confused now.. Why do we need special discrimination laws against males again???

  • Hmm the employed women and men by occupation is a concern..Perhaps we need Affirmative Action and Title IX policies for men in the areas where women dominate. It looks like men are being oppressed in these areas.
