  • This is a real light workout, but great for those beginners.

I do like 12 sets for shoulder day, wanna know why?

Cause i can do whatever the FUCKKK i wanna do

  • where do you get your tanktops, they look awesome!

  • @tspirit99 if he said 5 days and he's huge why disagree with him, i mean its only advice u CAN DO WATEVER THE FUCK U WANNA DO!!!!!

  • @ThaSituation19 I go every 2 days and i have just as big of a size.... plus if you go every 5 days, you'd only notice no gains in the amount of weights you'd do.

  • 5 days? nigga get real! if you leave it for 5 days, you'd only bulk out your muscle, not shaping it at the same time.... CORRECTION: it's every 2 days people! get off your lazy ass and hit those muscles!

  • @tspirit99 If you hit your muscles every 2 days, you aint gonna grow any muscle. They need time to rest and repair

  • He forgot "YOU CAN DO WHATEVER THE FUCKKKKK YOU WANNA DOOOO"

  • i can hear what hes thinking.

  • This shoulder workou is perfect, I like it very much, however the 5 days rest for a smaller muscle is too much for me, I do 2 days rest, doing shoulders on Monday and then also on Thursday, together with chest and triceps! But its indoividual....:)

  • yo man what supplements do you take

  • all you need to do is 2 sets of incline, decline, and flat, bench and you've hit your shoulders, chest, and triceps 3 times and some flies if you want and only rest 1-2 days before you hit those muscles again

  • @futureNBAstar100 by only doing those three exercises you only hit front delt, you should train everymuscle group on their own to maximize growth. in a shoulder workout you should also try and hit the side and rear delt

  • What works for one, works. I mean, I've gotten a shitload of better results when I implemented a lot more rest in between my workouts... I'm at the gym about 2 hours each week and I do better than if I went 8 hours each week

  • rest 2-3 days TOPS not 5 days...

  • @dmoses16 lol u have to rest minimum 3 days cuz else u could workout everyday of the week and who the fuck does that?

  • @llectrofish me

  • "thats all you need to do" LOL your a fucking idiot.....

  • @dmoses16 stfu faggot, lets see your results you fat fuck

  • 5 DAYS REST???

    WTF MAN!!

I ONLY REST FOR 36 HOURS

AND DO THE SAME WORKOUT AGAIN!

  • @vanbeek16 Lol, Then you won't gain alot of musle if you train shoulders every 36 hours....LMAO

  • @OllieLango you're so ignorant, 36 hours is plenty of time to recover from a workout especially if you're young. Look at the old school bodybuilders and what their routines consisted of, you would be surprised at what the human body can adapt to.

  • 5 day rest is too much, i do a 3 on 1 of thing, so im sure i hit them before a 5 day gap, it makes no difference in my muscle recovery.

  • how much weight you used for the upright rows?

  • @MrLatino80 who cares?

  • you can do whatever the the ffffFfFfFfFFFFfFFFffFUCK you wanna do!

  • HE CAN SPEAK WITH OUT USING HIS MOUTH :O

  • Hey Jeff just a quick question ... when doing shoulder raises front as well as side and rear.. should you go heavy weight or just focus on good reps and burning ... and just leave the heavy weight for presses? Thank you!

  • wait a sec, ur saying me as an ectomorph have to wait 5 days before hitting that mucle again? in the mean time of thoes 5 days what other mucle can i train to make sure i dont hit these shoulder mucles again?

  • @egdqv13234 youtube their 3 day split routine

  • @egdqv13234 back arms legs and rest days not included

  • I have a stupid question :D - Isn't it bad to do a muscle group everyday since you don't let your muscles grow and rest? Should I work out a muscle group each day or do it every other 1 or 2 days?

  • @5450daniel if you're new and don't know about creatines or other supplements, i would recommend giving each muscle at least 4days rest before working it out again.. good luck

  • @5450daniel every muscle needs at least 48 hours of rest they suggests 4-6 days rest .

  • @grand433 yes because their resting muscles are still getting indirect training from their other muscle groups their training

  • @elner123 I beg to differ. An overhead press actually works all three heads of the shoulder and is the best mass building shoulder exercise. There are so many more benefits in compound movements. Not to mention, you’re working your chest, triceps, traps, core and upper back. Overhead press is all you need for shoulders. If you’re not satisfied do some barbell rows for your rear delts.

  • You were just born with muscles it's in your genes!!!!

  • idk but these trainings doesn't build your rear delt. unless you work on it on your back day

  • I need to by a bar now...damn....u guyz r in killer shape...

  • Just 5 minutes on shoulders? Cool. I was doing a lot more so I'm going to try this and cut down.

  • Can you make a home tricep work ?

  • Is it me or do the twins rest more then the average bodybuilders when it comes to working out? They told me that they take 2 to 3 minutes of rest in between set sometimes and now they say wait at least 5 days to hit the same muscle group again wow. Most guys I know takes 1 minutes rest in between set and hit the same muscle every other day or rest two day in between. IDK the twins are big and those guys are also big. now im lost.

  • @Sader2202 if both are big, do the one with more rest. In a previous vid Kevin said he is an ectomorph, so this may just be the way to go for that body type.

  • @yahvinah1 Yeah you're right, I completely forgot about that video. I've read their blog about that topic and I can well say that I'm a Mesomorth. So I guess I'll continue doing what I'm doing. Take 90 seconds rest in between sets and hit the same muscle group every other day, except for my Calve and Bicep which i workout every times I go to the gym. After all I do see good results and gains. Thanks a lot.

  • @Sader2202 alot of the pro bodybuilders need less rest because they take steroids, which means they can lift the same body parts everyday for longer periods of time

rest inbetween sets is up to you, thats wether you want to go as heavy as possible for each set or wether you wanna get a burn as quick as possible by resting less. for strength you should rest 2-3 min, but to get cut you dont need to

  • @Sader2202 the less rest you take in between sets, the more growth you will experience, it's a basic principle of time under tension... HOWEVER, the more rest you take in between sets the more strength you can gain. So if you want size don't rest for more than a minute but if you want strength and power take long rests to maximize weight

  • In the info bar it says your natural? Does pink magic and jack3d count as natural?

  • @Fwaak1 In bodybuilding when you say you are natural it means you are not on steroids, these guys don't take steroids so yes they are natural

  • @Fwaak1 ummm yes....

  • @dfvish 2 sets of bench press only..... the shoulder press and and the bench press hits the triceps good to :) but you can throw in a set of dips or tricep extensions if you wanted.. with that workout you should be in the gym and out in 35 minutes

  • @twinmuscleworkout , so u do 2 sets of bench press and that's all u do for chest and then u do shoulder press ,maybe a set of dips or tricep extensions ? So, u only do 3 exercises on your chest/shoulder/tricep day? sorry for the confusion but it seems very little. I've been training 6 days a week with little results (my diet is spot on at the moment) so I'd like to really understand the way u split the body parts and how many exercices you do for each muscle group, etcetera...

  • @dfvish If you don't give your body enough rest you will not see results as the muscle soreness (DOMS) is the main thing that tells you you had a good workout and enough rest. That is why they say rest at least 4-5 days before hitting the same muscles again. For example if you do: 3 sets of bench press, tricep extensions and lat pull downs one day you can't hit the same muscle groups which will be :Back, chest, lats, and triceps in the next 4-5 days, That is the real way to build muscle. REST!

  • @HauntingPoet Yeah, I get that but so you're saying that the recommended is one exercise per muscle group?

  • @dfvish This is what I do to workout my chest. I do 3 sets of 60 push ups last set as many as I can. I do dumbbell flies 3 sets of 10-12 and last set as many as I can. That is one squeezing exercise and a pushing exercise which works both the inside and the outside of your chest. But compound exercises are way better so I rather just do 3 sets of pushups and 3 sets of dumbbell chest press.

  • @dfvish As long as you keep your intensity up and your rest periods low, that's plenty of time to hit everything. You're working your shoulders and tri's with all you chest exercises anyways, so by the time you get to them, you only really need 2-3 more sets to finish them off.

  • Nice.
