so nice to see a video from you! I have the same haircut and love it! I use a curlig iron. Next time I feel brave I will try the straightener like you! Congrats on new marriage, business, everything!
@dannys2222 - I'm still using Feria 110 (Loreal). I think perhaps the lighting in that room makes it look a little different. Thank you so very much for watching and sending a comment - you made my day! ;-)
@irishbty - Thanks for watching! That brush is an Axxents brush. It is ceramic, anti-static and ionic (what a line-up!). You can find these brushes in many places. I believe I found this one in a local salon but try Ulta, Sally's, Beauty Brands or one of your local salons. Many manufacturers make this model and in several different sizes. This one is large which I use when my hair is longer. (I have smaller ones for shorter hair). Have a great day and thanks again for watching!
How Pretty!!! I Love how your able to get such pretty soft waves with your flat iron. I thought I was going to have to go out and buy a stick iron, but thanks to you, I can use my ghd. I am a new subbie and I am really enjoying your videos. I sure hope you come back soon... Thank you so much and have a wonderful day!!!
Good to see you! I was a cosmetologist for 25 yrs before I went into nursing. The 'cool button' is the most under-used tool for home stylists! Keep teaching!
Congrats on getting married & hope you're getting settled in. I hate moving.... Be well! P/S--I need a very long-wearing face tutorial in the WORST way.....~Sheila
@BeautyOver40 I would LOVE to see a simple, every day look using long-wearing products. My work days at the hospital are 13-15 hrs long & I look like hell by the last hour; seriously, I don't have the heart to start the trial & error process to find the right combo of products. I'm not concerned with whether they are drugstore or high end, as long as they hang on like velcro! I would LOVE to benefit from your experience! Are you on FB? Much appreciation!
@heirloomessentials - Hi Sheila! I did a shout out to you in my lastest video and reviewed a product from Urban Decay that I think will help you with the long-wearability. I didn't mention though that primers are very important for the lasting looks, especially with eye makeup. I really like Clinique's City Block Sheer in 25 SPF. It's not marketed as a primer but it works like one! I also like Smashbox Photo Finish LIght. For eyes, Urban Decay Primer Potion topped with a Mac Paint pot - more....
@heirloomessentials - I love it in Painterly. These products will give you a great canvas to put your concealer, foundation and remaining makeup on, helping it stay on longer. Top everything off with the Urban Decay All Nighter and I think you will see an improvement. Also - if you are like me, you might not notice that you touch your face a lot during the day? I never knew I did it, but I do! On days when I'm aware of that, my makeup stays put longer too! I hope this is helpful - let me know!
Congrats on ALL Your changes..OMG you have been a busy girl!
What do you now use to lighten your hair? What shampoo & conditioners are you using? AND BOY Do You have that correct (referring to HUMIDITY) makes my hair TERRIBLE! I live in PA where I swear it is ALWAYS HUMID. It drives me CRAZY!
@sxyblndeflirt - Hi there! Great to hear from you! Thanks for the nice words - I have been sooooo busy!
I'm still using Feria 110 to color my hair - I love it! I'm going to do a video on all my hair products soon but in the mean time, here is what I'm currently loving: Paul Mitchell original Shampoo One, Sally Beauty Supply Coloresse conditioner for damaged hair (blue bottle), Redken 07 root volumizer, Paul Mitchell Freeze'n Shine, Sebastian Shaper Plus.

Thanks for your well wishes, that means so much to me. ;-)
On the long-wearing face - what would you like to see, e.g. an every day look or a dramatic look, etc....
I would be happy to do one for you!
